Each Kampy piece is made to order, one at a time. If it’s not the right fit or not what you expected, we offer 30-day returns or 7-day exchanges from the day your order arrives.
Returns & Exchanges
• Refund or store credit available.
• Size exchanges must be returned within 7 days of delivery. Once we receive the original item, we will process your replacement.
• Original shipping fees are non-refundable
• Rings must be unworn and in original condition
• Return shipping fee deducted from refunds (customer pays return shipping)
Warranty
We proudly stand behind our craftsmanship. If your piece arrives with damage or defects, we’ll replace it free of charge within 90 days.
All Kampy jewelry is additionally covered by our 1-Year Warranty for manufacturing issues.

Once handcrafted, every piece is carefully inspected, beautifully packaged, and shipped by Sara from Canada with love.
