Return Policy
We want you to love your Kampy Designs pieces. If something isn’t quite right, we offer 30-day returns for store credit only for customers in Canada and the United States.
Your 30-day return window begins on the day your order is delivered.
To start a return, you must email us within 30 days of delivery for approval and next steps.
Return Eligibility
To qualify for a return:
• Items must be unworn, in original condition, and free of visible damage
• All original packaging must be included (box, pouch, tags)
• Items sold as a set must be returned as a complete set
Non-returnable items:
• Sale items
• Pre-order items
• Earrings (for hygiene reasons)
• Custom pieces
Return Shipping & Refunds
• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
• Original shipping fees are non-refundable
• Once received and approved, returns are issued as store credit only
U.S. Orders:
Due to customs, processing, shipping, and restocking costs, 25% of the order value is non-refundable. The remaining balance will be issued as store credit once the return is approved.
90-Day Warranty (Damage & Defects)
Every Kampy piece is backed by a 90-day warranty from the date of delivery — so you can wear your jewelry with confidence.
What’s covered:
• Manufacturing defects
• Loose or missing stones
• Clasp or hinge issues
• Chain breakage
• Any issue affecting normal wearability
If your item is found to be defective within 90 days, we will offer a replacement or store credit if the item is no longer available.
Warranty Exclusions:
• Lost items
• Normal wear and tear
• Scratches or cosmetic damage
• Damage caused by improper care
