Have an account?
Great! Login and head over to your Kampy Designs account and select "My Orders" to review your order status. Once your order is packed and ready to ship, you’ll receive a tracking number via email so you can keep an eye on its activity while it makes its way to you.
Don't have an account?
No worries! You can still create an account now using the same email address used to place the order and it will appear under "My Orders". Tracking numbers are automatically sent as soon as your order is packed! Once the courier picks up the package and scans it into the system, the tracking number can be used to see the information about your order. This may take a couple hours and if the order was packed on the weekend, it will be updated next available business day!

Refunds & Returns
Return Policy
We offer 30-day returns for customers in the U.S. and Canada. The return window begins on the day your order is delivered.
Please review the guidelines below to confirm if your item qualifies for a return:
To be eligible for a return:
• Items must be in original condition, unworn, and undamaged
• All original packaging must be included (box, pouch, and tags)
• Sets must be returned in full; individual items from a set cannot be returned separately for refund, store credit, or exchange

Products Info
All our jewelry is nickel-free making it safe for sensitive skin. That being said, skin sensitivity may come from other materials such as, copper and brass. If you are allergic to those materials, please follow our jewelry materials guide to make informed decisions on your jewelry purchases with us.
1. Avoid perfume and sanitizer.
2. When not worn, store in its original Kampy Designs pouch to protect from friction and dirt.
3. Regularly clean with a soft microfiber cloth.
The materials used in Kampy Designs jewelry consists of stainless steel or sterling silver which will never turn your skin green.
