Important U.S. shipping update

Some U.S. packages may experience customs delays after leaving Canada. Tracking may pause during this time, but this does not mean your package is lost.

Customs delays can affect standard and priority shipping. Shipping estimates are not guaranteed delivery dates.

No surprise fees — U.S. customs fees are prepaid on your order.

Where we ship

We currently ship to Canada and the United States only.

Orders ship with Canada Post, Chit Chats, USPS, or DHL depending on your location and selected delivery method.

Processing time

Each piece is prepared with care before it ships.

Most Kampy pieces are made to order and require at least 21 days of processing time before shipping.

Processing times may be slightly extended during holidays, sales, or studio closures.

Shipping estimates begin once your order has shipped.

Canada shipping

  • Standard shipping: estimated 3–9 business days
  • Flat rate: $5.99 CAD
  • Free shipping on orders over $200 CAD

United States shipping

  • Standard shipping: estimated 4–8 business days
  • Flat rate: $9.99 USD
  • Free shipping on orders over $225 USD

No surprise customs fees — the price you see is the price you pay. Import duties for U.S. orders are already included in our pricing, so you should not be charged additional customs fees at delivery.

Delivery estimates

All delivery timelines are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays may happen due to customs processing, holidays, sales, weather, carrier delays, or postal disruptions.

If your order is time-sensitive, please contact us before ordering so we can help advise on timing.

Incorrect address

Please double-check your shipping address before checking out.

If you notice an address error, email support@kampydesigns.com within 24 hours. Once an order has shipped, Kampy is not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided at checkout.

Lost, stolen, or undelivered packages

All Kampy orders ship with tracking.

Once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, Kampy is not responsible for lost or stolen parcels. Please check with household members, neighbours, your building, or the carrier directly.

If a package is officially marked lost in transit by the carrier, email us at support@kampydesigns.com and we’ll be happy to help look into it.
