Here's what to expect:

Some pieces take a little extra time to perfect. Production may occasionally be extended during busy periods, holidays, or unexpected studio delays.

Yes! Express shipping options may be available at checkout. Please note that express shipping speeds up delivery, not production time for made-to-order pieces.

If your order has shipped, address changes cannot be done.
Tracking can temporarily pause while your package moves between facilities or goes through customs. This doesn't necessarily mean it's lost!
Tracking usually resumes once the carrier completes its next scan.
International shipments may occasionally undergo additional customs inspections.
For US orders, these delays can sometimes take 10–45 business days, even with priority shipping.
Your package remains with the carrier or customs until it's cleared for delivery.
- United States: No surprise fees! All applicable duties are prepaid and included in your checkout total.
- Canada: No customs fees! We ship locally from Ontario.
- Australia: Import duties and taxes may apply on orders over $1,000 AUD.

Good news, there's a quick permanent fix!
Our Lumina hoops have a secure click-lock closure. Occasionally, the needle may need a tiny adjustment to align perfectly.
- Gently lift the needle slightly upward.
- Align it with the clasp and close until you hear a click. It may take a few tries.
- Avoid applying excessive pressure.

Every Kampy piece is backed by a 90-day warranty covering eligible manufacturing defects, including loose or missing stones.
Email us support@kampydesigns.com with your order number and a photo of the piece. We'll review the issue and guide you through the next steps.

Yes! Eligible items may be returned within 30 days of delivery for store credit only.
Items must be unworn, in their original condition, and returned with all original packaging.

No brass or stainless steel, only fine materials.

Absolutely! Moissanite is a genuine gemstone known for its exceptional brilliance and durability. One of the jewelry industry's most underrated gemstones.
Our signature colorless moissanite is selected for D color, VVS1 clarity, and Excellent cut quality.
Each product page includes stone carat weights and available measurements to help you understand the scale and fit.
For example, our Lumina Drop Earrings feature a 2-carat moissanite per earring, or 4 carats total.

We don't currently offer engraving or personalized jewelry, but we'd love to add a personal touch! You can request a handwritten gift card with your special message at checkout.
