Shipping Destinations and Options:
Kampy Designs only ships to Canada & United States.
All orders going to Canada & US will be shipped through Canada Post or UPS.
*Important Note*
Standard Shipping for Canada (FREE): There will be No tracking included for your order with this shipping method.
Your item will be shipped using Canada Post's letter mail service. To keep shipping affordable for all Canadians, this delivery method does not allow the customer to track their order delivery status once it has shipped. Once you have purchased your order with this shipping method at checkout, you agree to no tracking delivery that may be subject to delays by Canada Postal Services on rare occasions. This shipping method does not hold Kampy Designs responsible for any delays that occur from Canada Postal services. In the event of delays, we will try our best to work with you & Canada Post to help resolve the issue. Kampy Designs will not process refunds once your order has shipped with this method for reasons relating to one or more of the following situations: shipping delays, lost mail, and (or) wrong address given to us by the customer.
For faster delivery and tracking, shipping upgrades are available at checkout. Choose the option that best suits your timely needs to ensure a smooth shipping experience for you.

Incorrect Address:
Before completing your purchase, please take a moment to ensure that your shipping address is accurate. We want to emphasize that we are NOT responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address. We will ship your order to the address given to us by you at checkout. If you need to change your address after checkout, email us within 24 hours at kampydesigns@gmail.com and we will try our best to change it for you. However, if your order has already shipped to the first address given to us by you, we cannot be held responsible for incorrect shipping address. It is the buyer's responsibility to verify and confirm that all shipping information is correct prior to finalizing the purchase.
Delivery Time Variations: Please note that delivery times may vary due to circumstances beyond our control, such as weather conditions, customs procedures, difficulty in accessing your property, or temporary technical issues at postal facilities. If any of these unexpected delays occur, we sincerely thank you for your patience and understanding.
Customs Delays: It's important to be aware that customs processing may sometimes result in packages being held up, leading to delays in delivery times. In such cases, customers are responsible for covering any import duties and taxes that may apply in their country.
During the Holidays: Please be aware that during the holiday season, you might experience longer delivery times than usual. We appreciate your understanding and patience during this busy period.
Lost, Stolen, or Undelivered Shipment:
- Parcels with Tracking: If your shipment includes a tracking number and is lost or damaged, you can initiate a claim through the corresponding shipping provider or reach out to us at kampydesings@gmail.com.
- Parcels without Tracking: For parcels shipped without tracking (including Free Standard Shipping Canada), please note that we are not responsible for any parcels that are lost or damaged during transit.
