Shipping Destinations
We currently ship within Canada and the United States.
All orders are shipped via Chit Chats or UPS, depending on location and delivery method.
Canada (Domestic)
• Standard shipping: estimated 4–8 business days
• Flat rate: $5.99 CAD
• Free shipping on orders over $70 CAD
United States
• Standard shipping: estimated 6–12 business days
• Flat rate: $5.99 USD
• Free shipping on orders over $70 USD
Please note: As of May 2025, U.S. customers may be subject to customs fees upon delivery. These fees are not included in your purchase and are the buyer’s responsibility. This does not apply to Canadian orders.
International Shipping

Incorrect Address
Please double-check your shipping information before completing your order.
If you've made an error, contact us at support@kampydesigns.com within 24 hours and we’ll do our best to update it before your order ships.
Once shipped, we are not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided at checkout.
Lost, Stolen, or Undelivered Shipments
All Kampy Designs orders now ship with tracking for peace of mind.
To protect your purchase against loss, damage, or theft during transit, we offer optional Shipping Protection for $1.99 at checkout. If selected, you’ll be fully covered and eligible for a replacement or store credit in the event of an issue.
If you decline shipping protection, Kampy Designs is not responsible for parcels that are lost, stolen, or damaged in transit. In such cases, you may need to file a claim directly with the shipping provider.
We strongly recommend selecting shipping protection to ensure a worry-free delivery experience.
