We want you to love your Kampy Designs pieces, but if something’s not quite right, we offer 30-day returns for customers in the U.S. and Canada (customized items not included in our return policy). The return window begins on the day your order is delivered.
Please review the guidelines below to ensure your item qualifies for a return.
Return Eligibility
• Items must be unworn, in original condition, and free of damage
• All original packaging must be included (box, pouch, and tags)
• Items sold as a set must be returned as a complete set — individual components cannot be returned separately for refund, credit, or exchange
Return Shipping
We’re currently unable to cover return shipping costs—but we’re working on offering this in the future as we grow.
Please note that original delivery fees are non-refundable, and customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping at this time.
